  3. Select your Wi-Fi network name from the list, then Connect.

       Your USATV modem is actually a cable modem and a Wi-Fi router in one, so you don't need to buy another device. But if you really want to use your own router, you can connect it to the USATV modem using one of the ethernet ports on the back and set it up using the manufacturer's instruction. Just remember that your router does not receive the same technical support as the USATV modem.
